Pop singer-songwriter Jonathan Cavier, is on a roll for the 1st quarter of 2017. His Debut Solo Album "Premier" is currently available for purchase on Itunes, as well as for streaming on Spotify. And it is doing very well on sales, streams and feedback. His latest video release for the single "Comes A Moment" has been doing great as well and is a stunning cinematic piece.
The song is a deeply touching ballad about a Father coming to terms with the fact his daughter has grown up and been accepted into college. And she is preparing to enter the world as an adult, alone. He brings us to the conclusion that parents have to accept one day their children become adults. And they have to let those children go into the world and have faith they did everything they could to prepare their children for adulthood. background vocals are pleasantly provided by Wes Hightower, who has worked with Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean and many others.
Comes A Moment was directed by Shanice Malakia Johnson. Johnsons' work has premiered at Sundance Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival and other Film Festivals worldwide. It was filmed in the Phoenix and Sonoran deserts in Arizona. The setting adds to the emotion of the deserted and alone feeling a parent often feels as their child leaves home. After dedicating a small lifetime to raising their child, they now watch them leave and almost don't know what to do with their time. All they have known this entire persons life, was loving and caring for them. It amazing captures and presents everything a good music video should, from emotion to entertainment. And is of high quality.
"Comes A Moment" is just one of the 12 songs included on Jonathan Cavier's debut Solo Release "Premier". Check out the video, the album and keep up with tour dates, releases and Jonathan Cavier himself at the following places.
