I'm currently working on a fan page for Eddie Hazel. I'm open to suggestions on what people would like to see on the page.
I'm working on some new music for my resurrection of GothaDelic. I'm going to be re-recording "God Is" with a track by the name of "Pray My Soul" with Bernie Worrell and Eddie Hazel on it. I had originally written the lyrics with that song in mind, but came up with a different track for it. So know I've decided that I'll actually do the song the way I envisioned.

II know there are a LOT of heroes out there. I thank you.
For me...especially now that he has passed on, my HERO Veteran has been my Uncle Joseph P Delio.
He was in WWII. He was a radio operator on B-17s. Once while bombing Germany he was shot out of the sky. He was knocked out but came to his senses and pulled his Chute in the nick of time. He evaded the Germans for about 10 days, but was captured. He was put in a prison camp and then, he and his fellow prisoners endured a… Continue

My fiancee is pregnant and she's coming up on 7 months now. This morning I hooked up some headphones to my ipod and put them over her stomach so I could introduce my son to some funk and soul music. I had him bouncing around to The Ohio Players "Funky Worm", Marvin Gaye's "Got to Give It Up", Parliament's "Unfunky UFO", and some Ray Charles. He would sit there and start kicking out and then move around by the headphones. I then put on some "Maggot Brain" by Funkadelic and he moved for a bit… Continue

Are you powerless to funk?
Do you find yourself dancing in the grocery store if they play somethin even a little funky?
Do you have an afro or own an afro wig?
Do you dress as Chaka Kahn, Bootsy Collins or Rick James for Halloween every year?
Do you wear the costume at home when you are alone?
Does James Brown have to hit ya 3 times before you get up in the morning?
Do you wear shirts for more then one day, 'cause it makes them funkier'?
We fucking did it.
The Funk won out over the little chorus of christian boyz tonite, and I am kickin it with a smile.
In my lifetime, I have never been so committed to keeping the faith when it comes to politics. I got on the phone today and called people in Iowa and Idaho.
I never spoke to a person in Idaho before.
It was exhilarating.
But not as exhilarating as right now, to be able to say that we did it!
On this election day one of the questions you have to ask yourself is How is the War on Terrorism going. It is a central question in the election. Do we want to go in a different direction or do we want to stay on the same corse. That is the question but to answer it you have to look at what terrorism really is and how you fight it.
Terrorism is defined as a violent act designed to cause fear, chaos, and panic. Terrorism is a… Continue
